Nice wine cooler!

I opted for this wine cooler when we moved into our new home. A light automatically comes on when you open the door which is a nice feature. There are several settings you can use.

I loved this wine fridge so much, I bought two. The first one is still going strong, but unfortunately, the second unit stopped working within two years™"and no one could repair it. It™™s incredibly frustrating to spend $2,500 on a wine fridge only to have it fail and be unfixable. We ended up hauling it to the junkyard. We replaced it with a $900 off-brand fridge, and it™™s been working perfectly ever since. Don't waste your money!!!

Misleading wine bottle capacity. Shelves are too short to even accommodate the claimed eight Bordeaux bottles per shelf, considering that Bordeaux bottles are the most efficient size for alternating neck-to-shoulder storage. Expect your maximum storage to be 41 bottles (six Champagne bottles on the lower shelf if alternating neck-to-shoulder, and seven bottles on each of the other five shelves, with the seventh bottle laid at an angle). This was never a problem with my old Viking.

Very Disappointed!

We bought this wine fridge 3 years ago for our 2nd house. We've had the exact same model in our other home since 2016 and it works great. When we returned to our 2nd house the fridge was beeping and not working. We've spent countless hours trying to get parts or to find someone to fix it but have not been successful. Looks like a huge waste of $2,600, we'll be looking for another brand to replace this one. So disappointed!

Do NOT buy! We paid $2,500 for this wine fridge and it went out after 2.5 years. Technical support is of no use as they "guessed" several things that it could of been, we bought several different replacement parts and nothing has worked. Save your money and time!

Looks nice, works decernt, misleading capacity

Have had this for almost two weeks now and was super excited when I saw it could hold so many bottles. In reality, it can only hold ~4 per row unless you have really short wine bottles which halves the amount of bottles. I read the manual and looked into how you're supposed to load this but still could not load 25ish average sized wine bottles much less the claimed 46.

We had this put into our new home and love it! The motion sensor light adds a techy and fancy element to it, and the dual temperature zones are great for keeping both reds and whites happy. My only wish was to have one taller shelf on the top half like there is on the bottom for the larger white bottles.

Shelves Too Small!!

Clearly the people responsible for design of this product are not wine drinkers. The shelves are not suitable for most white wine bottles, which tend to be larger in circumference than red wine bottles. Better to remove a shelf and have the unit hold fewer bottles than have the shelves jam each time you want to remove a bottle of white wine.

Disappointed in quantity of bottles held

I bought 2 of these wine coolers in a new house. I am disappointed in the depth of the slide out shelves. These shelves are not deep enough to hold 2 bottles next to each other. The capacity of each wind cooler essentially becomes about 70% of total capacity. I will have to replace them at a certain point in the future.
