Terrible Product

RobH2931 10/12/2025

I have had 2 of these machines and they haven't lasted 24hrs. They both leaked water out of the back tank ruining my floor. I would never purchase this machine again and if I could give it 0 stars I would. This has been the worst product I have purchased in my entire life.

Horrible after purchase service

Jzn94 8/29/2025

Bought only for 6 months, normal brewing process started to have a constant sound. Your rep told me to send a video proof which i did. They denied the problem and told me it is normal when she does not even own the product herself. Worst customer service and warranty is useless since your rep denied my problem. Clearly customer service is not your priority after this 500 dollar purchase. It was the first and last purchase and i will be discouraging anyone from considering your brand.

Convenience of at-home espresso can't be beat!

BethinDC 7/27/2025

This appliance has enhanced my at-home coffee routine for the last year. Pulling my own shots of espresso for iced lattes has not only saved me money but also motivates me to wake up early before our road trips to make a tasty iced latte for the road. I have also enjoyed trying a variety of coffee beans with this machine and tinkering with the grind size to make the best espresso shots. I highly recommend this appliance for those who enjoy espresso, want to save money in the long run and enjoy the morning coffee routine!
