My wife and I definitely are satisfied with our new freezer. Even with the temperature setting a little higher than what the previous freezer was set at, this Frigidaire freezer freezes quicker and more solid than the previous freezer. Definitely a good choice when purchasing this Frigidaire freezer.

Initially we were receiving frost in the freezer, after getting that corrected via the warranty service, it is working much better now. Just the right amount of space for a family of 4-5, and doesn't take up as much space as our previous box freezer.

This is a sleek, well designed freezer. Our old one still worked well but was tight with the truck parked in the garage. While this is only an inch smaller in width, it is not as deep (which makes it easier tosee what you have). It makes up for that by being taller and has many shelves. Very happy to have something actually designed to be in the garage as well.

We've had this freezer for a couple of weeks now and it is working like a charm. It's very quiet. And there is lots of room inside given it's outside dimensions. I love the temperature alarm feature even though I hope it will be a long time before goes off! The stainless steel finish is very nice. We are very happy with the purchase.

I was looking at several stores and sites to add a stand-up freezer to our pantry to replace a chest freezer we had. After lots of searching I landed on the 13 cu ft one from Frigidaire and they they had the best price directly on their site and also offered a delivery service that hailed away all the wrapping materials and made sure it worked. The ordering and scheduling delivery was super easy, the delivery guys were punctual, nice and professional. And so far everything has been great with the product. Exactly what I was looking for to see what we actually have in the freezer. Highly recommend.

I really love the freezer. It is the perfect smaller size if you just need more freezer space without having a large appliance in your home. It self defrosts and has great alert features and is also energy efficient. I recommend it fully. Frigidaire has made this a great product.
